- The Belgium based Eloy Water Company, founded in 1965, consists of a multidisciplinary team (civil and industrial engineers, chemists, biologists, lawyers, automation, ...) and now employs more than 150 people.
- Eloy Water draws on its forty years of extensive industry experience - and its policy of continuous innovation in the field of sanitation - to design and manufacture its products. Eloy is known for reliable and effective treatment systems for domestic sewage, and for individuals, businesses or small communities (up to 5000 users).
Eloy offers an impressive range of waste water treatment plants, both individual and collective, which are monitored and maintained by teams of maintenance operators. In 2001, Eloy Water decided to expand into export markets by developing a range of appropriate products designed specifically for these foreign markets. The company is currently active setting up distribution on all continents.

- ELOY AMERICA LATINA was founded by Yves Deweer and Nicolas Huet in 2007 and established its offices and manufacturing center in Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica.
Yves Deweer, president of a local water association in Potrero, was not slow to understand the need for advances in the field of wastewater treatment. Former boss of a plastic fabrication factory, he imported the first micro waste water treatment plant in 2006.
Nicolas Huet, joined Yves at Eloy after finishing his highly successful sports career which included two World Championship titles and participation in two Winter Olympic competitions in the Snowboarding event. Nicolas now applies that same athletic determination and discipline to overseeing the operations at Eloy.
- Our civil engineer Daniel Coen provides expert technical support to our company’s clients. Daniel, president of Coen & Ingenieros SA is dedicated to the residence’s construction in Costa Rica since 1983. He is also Member of the Federation of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica
